The Anker Nano 511 20W is the smallest 20W PD wall charger we’ve tested that still charges a Pro-tier phone at full speed. At 27×27×31 mm and 30g with a foldable plug, it disappears in a travel pouch — smaller than a typical USB-A wall wart and lighter than the charging cable you plug into it.
20W is the iPhone sweet spot
Apple’s own research shows an iPhone 15 Pro charges from 0% to 50% in 30 minutes on a 20W PD charger, and adding more watts beyond 20 yields diminishing returns on the phone side (it caps the input). So for phones, 20W is all you need — and at this size, you literally carry the smallest possible charger that still delivers peak phone speed.
The limitation
It is a single-port 20W charger. No laptop charging, no iPad Pro fast charging, no power sharing. If you need to charge anything bigger than a phone, look at the Anker 737 120W instead. For travel-with-just-a-phone, there is literally nothing smaller that still delivers real PD speed.
Bottom line: Smallest 20W PD charger that still charges a Pro phone full speed. Worth $19 for travel alone.
